About us
Hi My name is Yvonne. I decided to open an in home dog boarding/daycare facility at my home because I have a great love for dogs. I have extensive experience in this field, and I have worked with quite a few animals that have been abused, and have trouble trusting people. I enjoy doing this kind of work and have excellent references.
I have over ten years professional experience caring for animals. I have worked at two area veterinarian practices, as well as working for two local boarding facilities. I wanted to do something that i enjoy, so i opened "Small Paws Dog Boarding and Daycare". I have had dogs my whole life so I am completely confident caring for dogs and know your pet will be happy while in my care.
Choosing someone to leave you pet with is a big decision for anyone, you want to know you have made a good choice. To me dogs are like kids, or at least that's how I treat my dogs. Your dog will be treated like one of my own while in my care. I am currently watching only small to medium size dogs. I decided to watch a limited number of dogs so they can get the attention they deserve while boarding.
Boarding facilities generally are over booked, and understaffed on Holiday's and at spring break. I'm very picky about my dog's as you should be. Boarding experience's don't have to be bad! You just need to make the right choice on where you leave your pet!
